Although cooking should be simple, baking is a little more difficult.
Due to the chemistry involved in baking, using Gluten Free flour can create different reactions. Breads may have different textures as well as taste. Often the most difficult aspect of making bread with Gluten Free flour is the lack of consistency. Therefore when making Gluten Free bread it is important to also use Xantham Gum to add volume and viscosity.
After trying several variations of making Gluten Free bread I finally found a recipe that looked good and tasted great.
